Pileta provides non-regulated independent living and home support services. Pileta does not provide personal care, nursing care or regulated medical services.
Use of the website
This website is provided for information about our services. Content may be updated at any time without notice.
Enquiries and consultations
Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract for services. Services are subject to a written support agreement between Pileta and the client (or their nominated representative).
Support workers
All Pileta support workers are vetted, referenced and DBS-checked. Support workers do not provide personal or clinical care.
Emergency situations
Pileta is not an emergency service. In case of emergency please dial 999 or contact NHS 111.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pileta's liability is limited to the value of services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
