The days immediately after a hospital discharge can be the hardest. Fatigue, medication changes and an empty fridge all add up. Pileta arranges friendly, practical support at short notice — from a stocked kitchen and a warm meal on the first evening home, to regular visits over the weeks that follow.
We work alongside NHS discharge teams, occupational therapists, GPs and family carers to make sure nothing important slips through the gaps. Our support is non-clinical, but it's carefully coordinated so that everyone involved is confident in the plan for the days ahead.
